Due to the coronavirus outbreak we have put extra measures in place to ensure the safety of both our staff and our clients, these extra measures have been set out by the government and the National Hairdressing and Beauty Federation (NHBF). Alongside these measures Shanice has completed a Barbicide Covid-19 online certification and a Wella Hygiene Saftey Seminar.

 

Please see below a list of the measures in place at the salon, these will remain in place until further notice.

• Entrance by appointment only, the salon door will be closed at all times.

• No waiting area, so please arrive alone and on time for your appointment, we will try and inform you if your stylist is running behind.

• If you are accompanying your children to appointments please only have one adult and child in the salon at a time, you are responsible for you child adhering to social distance.

• Hand Sanitizer will be available at the reception desk, please use this as soon as you arrive. 

• Please try to bring as little possible with you to the salon (i.e no shopping bags, no coats or jackets)

• Leaflets and magazines will be removed. 

• All work stations and surfaces will be disinfected after each use.

• All members of staff will be wearing masks, washing and sterilizing hands between clients.

• All stylists will be working with the 2 meter social distancing measure in place between work stations. 

• Tools and equipment will be sterilized between clients.

• Please wear a face covering , we will also have disposable masks available at reception when you arrive.

• We will have perspex screens between clients whom are seated waiting for their colour to develop. 

• Please do not attend your appointment if you are showing symptoms, contact us and we will be more than happy to rearrange.

• For colour services please be aware that prices may vary due to the amount of extra product being used and time booked out. This should only affect your first visit after the lockdown period, if you would like to find out an accurate price for your service prior to arriving please contact us.
